Rider returned with bike with minor damage he said he had a minor accident only damage I can see is a broken mirror.

Rider has filled in accident report and have left bike to be repaired

Rider returned bike as normal but was found limping upstairs upon inspection of the bike it was clearly involved in an accident.

Rider stated when asked that he was just “working extra hard climbing lots of stairs hence why he was limping”

Returned with nkf not nke error in booking out
